Monitoring
Avoid surprises. We monitor movements, settlements, and the impact of interventions.

What questions we answer
Is the ground, structure, or terrain moving more than expected?
Are the works affecting neighboring buildings, roads, quays, or infrastructure?
Are the measures or interventions stable throughout the construction period?
When should we react or take action? How is the situation developing over time?
We plan and implement monitoring tailored to the project's risks, environment, and requirements. Sensors and measurement systems are installed to track movements, deformations, pore pressure, vibrations, or other critical parameters throughout the construction and operational phases.

Data is collected automatically or manually and continuously assessed against defined limit values. The client gains access to updated measurements, deviation alerts, and documentation, providing confidence for future decisions.
When should monitoring be used?
- When monitoring excavation pits near existing buildings or infrastructure
- Tunnel and rock works
- Road and railway projects
- Work related to dams, landfills, and embankments
- For long-term follow-up of stability and deformations during construction work
- Projects with strict requirements for safety and/or documentation
What you'll receive
- Monitoring plan
- Installation and operation of measurement systems
- Continuous data collection
- Web portal/dashboard for measurement data
- Alerts upon exceeding limit values
- Reports and assessments
- Final documentation and data delivery
